«First time staying and would definitely book again. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. We left the sliding door opened upstairs to the screened in porch (a fav for the whole group!). Everyone kept their bedroom doors opened and we all and slept to the sound of the waves every night. We really liked the small deck by the front door ... nicely furnished and great place to hang out and read. Thank you, Susan!»

«Our family enjoyed this lovely home for our family that included three couples, an infant, and two little boys. The rooms were the perfect size and decorated beautifully. There was plenty of space in the kitchen, DR, and LR for everyone to hang out and play games and eat. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. The Village of Bear Trap is a beautiful community. We are looking forward to booking this home again in the future!»

«This was our second visit to this home. It is a great home for a large family to gather and spend precious time together. Plenty of room, including bathrooms. The host is very responsive to any questions or concerns. Very nice neighborhood for families and close to all shopping and Bethany beach. The whole family enjoyed the time together and this home made it possible.»

«The house was HUGE and recently remodeled, clean and well-stocked. Lots of space for two families with four young kids. The owner was easily reachable via the VRBO app, but would have been nice to be able to reach the property manager quickly by cell phone/text. We would definitely stay here again! »

«This home was perfect for our mother/daughter weekend trip. There were 5 of us and the house was well appointed, clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the big family room and outdoor patio so we could all be together...for coffee in the morning, dinner at the big table or watching a movie. «The house was in decent shape, but the couch was falling apart and not very comfortable. The teenagers didn't care. Location is very convenient to the boardwalk. Overall, a good place for a large group of undiscerning teens, but if you have older folks in your party that have trouble with stairs (or want to sit somewhere comfortably), there is only one bedroom on the ground floor so this might not be the best choice.»
