The Space:
Welcome to a getaway where vintage charm meets modern comfort. The moment you walk in, you'll be
greeted by a warm, throwback feeling. The space is thoughtfully decorated with retro comic art and
playful pops of color.
LIVING AREA:
• Relax in the living space with its vaulted ceilings and comfortable leather sofas.
KITCHEN & DINING:
• The fully equipped kitchen features full-sized stainless steel appliances and oak cabinetry.
• Everything you need to prepare meals for up to four guests is provided.
• Enjoy your meals in the adjacent dining area.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
• Two comfortable bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed and a Smart TV for streaming.
• The primary suite includes a private en-suite bathroom for added convenience.
• A second full bathroom features a tub/shower combo and is stocked with fresh linens and starter
toiletries (body wash, shampoo, conditioner).
OUTDOOR SPACE:
• Enjoy your coffee on the newly updated deck, complete with a bistro table and chairs.
Military First BnB Solutions is committed to protecting our owners homes during bookings. We've partnered with Know Your Guest by Truvi to independently verify guests and provide the option of a $35 damage waiver or a $500 security deposit. There is a $15 processing fee with the deposit. We suggest you utilize the damage waiver to protect you in case of accidental damage up to $500 during a booking.
Guest Access:
Guests will have complete and exclusive access to the entire 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, with the
exception of two locked owner's closets.
• Self Check-In: Check-in is a breeze with our self-guided process. You will receive a unique access
code for the Yale smart lock on the front door prior to your arrival.
• Parking: Convenient driveway parking is available for two vehicles, located near the mailboxes.
The Neighborhood:
This quaplex's location is all about efficiency! Located off North Ramsey Street among many shops and restaurants, if you have business on Ft. Bragg, you can hop on the 295 bypass and reach three different access points in minutes and if you are here for pleasure, you can reach The Historic Downtown area in about 10 minutes. This neighborhood is near a larger, multistory apartment complex. Methodist University is within walking distance and many students walk to campus.
Getting Around:
While ride-shares like Uber and Lyft are available , having your own vehicle is most convenient option for getting around the city and surrounding areas. Public transportation may be limited is some parts of Fayetteville, so plan accordingly if you do not plan to utilize a vehicle.
Other Things to Note:
• Security & Booking: We have partnered with Know Your Guest by Truvi for guest verification. This requires you
to choose between a non-refundable $35 damage waiver (covering up to $500 in accidental damage)
or a refundable $500 security deposit, which includes a $15 processing fee.
• Late Check-In: Arrivals after 9:00 PM must be coordinated with us in advance. This ensures our staff is
available to help in case of an issue. Failure to coordinate may result in assistance not being available
until the following morning, and no refunds will be issued.
• Amenities: We provide a starter set of household essentials like laundry detergent and paper prod-
ucts. High-speed internet is included.
• Entertainment: All televisions are Smart TVs. Please bring your own logins for streaming services as
we do not offer cable.
• Accessibility: Please note that our home is not wheelchair accessible. Due to the home's proximity to
a local base, you may occasionally hear aircraft or other related sounds.
• Checkout Procedures: To help our staff prepare for the next guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation
with these tasks upon departure:
1. Please place all garbage in a bin or wastebasket.
2. Place all used towels in the provided black laundry bag or on the bathroom floor.
3. Load and start the dishwasher with any used dishes.

We're always one message or call away if you have any questions or need assistance. Please note out Host Team is available 24/7 to assist with simple requests and ensuring guests check-in smoothly. Our local manager is available Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM and for after hours emergencies.
Please note, that despite our Host Team is available 27/7, we request guests to share if their check-in will occur later than 9PM. This helps to ensure staff availability in the event of an issue. Failure to coordinate with the host for arrival later than 9PM may result in assistance not being available until the following morning. No refunds for failure to coordinate a late check-in!
