Newly renovated holiday home 150 m from fjord

This lovely holiday home features a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa corner for the whole family and a dining area, also with plenty of space if some want to play board games while others prepare meals in the new, stylish kitchen, which is open to the living room.



The living room has large windows so you can enjoy the view of the surrounding greenery. Double doors lead out to the large, covered terrace. There is a TV with Danish channels, cable TV, and Chromecast.



The house has 4 good bedrooms with double beds; 2 of the rooms have 2 single beds that can be joined together. A high chair and baby cot are available. Bed linen and towels are provided. Guests are responsible for washing them if needed.



Bathrooms have a shower and toilet.



The house is situated on a lovely plot of approx. 1200 m². There are two terraces – an open terrace of 20 m² and a covered terrace of 35 m². Here you can sit and barbecue in the evening, even if the weather is not perfect.

There is a fire pit where you can bake bread on a stick or roast sausages, and parking is available on the property. The garden has a trampoline and a sandbox.



From the house it is about 2.5 km to the small harbour in Hvalpsund, where the ferry sails to Sundsøre. The crossing takes about 10 minutes and the ferry departs every 30 minutes.



Swimming opportunities are good. Hvalpsund Beach is a wide sandy beach with very good conditions for both children and adults. A diving platform offers fun challenges for older kids, and surfers also have great conditions with as many as three surf spots.



In the Hvalpsund area, there is also a cozy marina, several good restaurants, and a beautiful 18-hole golf course.



The house is not rented to youth groups.
