«We had a wonderful stay!!! The home is absolutely perfect, wonderfully decorated (including the owner’s own lovely artwork!) - everything you’d possibly need is there and available to you. My son and his girlfriend kayaked the entire lake and loved it. We all enjoyed the fire pit overlooking the lake, the covered porch and playing several games of pool in the basement. «I like the vibe huttopia is going for and it’s an absolute family friendly gem, however our hit carpet was extremely dirty, the door didn’t close off completely which let inall the bugs overnight , our tent also had an area the zipper was completely broken which gave more room for allCreatures to comeIn. I stuffed it with a towel to make due . The lighting paths could be better to the huts at night. Love the vibe and what they tried to do , but we will not be going back. »

«Beautiful family and dog friendly spot located across from a stunning lake. Not only was this entire property clean, well maintained it was family friendly and dog friendly. There is a free arcade, that the whole family enjoyed and free coffee 24 hours. There were also two fire pits, corn hole, and a small mini golf setup. All this walking distance from Alton Bay restaurants, ice cream and lake access. We had a wonderful time and the owners were very responsive regarding any questions.»

«Nice spot on the lake, close to the shore as well. Camp is located well in from the roads so no concerns with traffic while staying there with our dog. Great screened porch. Although we didn’t get an opportunity to use them as the weather was cool it was nice to have kayaks and PFDs available if you were so inclined. Easy drive to explore the coast from the cabin. Lovely walks/small hikes nearby. Also close to shopping and Shain’s which was great!»

«We loved staying in Cabin 5! We were a little wary of the exterior shower house when booking, but it really is just a few steps away from all cabins and was clean each time we used it. We’d love to come back with extended family and rent out a few cabins together.»

«The cabin was great but the 'leisurely stroll to the beach ' was horrible. A very steep driveway!!! The beach was not well maintained, old bouys and ropes. No place to sit except an old picnic table that was very close to the water.»

«This our second year at Cape Guinevere, and once again we had a wonderful stay. The house is cozy and well equipped, and really just perfect for our family to gather for meals, walks around Lancelot Shores, and of course for fires around the fire pit. It is close to Rochester and stores but we felt like we had our own private getaway in the woods. We’d go back again in a heartbeat!»
