Villaer i Far North Side

«Decent place decent spot decent price»

«The staff was friendly and helpful. They also paid close attention to make sure that the people entering were guests and did it with class not being mean. It makes me feel safe when staff is on duty and makes sure guests are safe. The woman who checked me in explained the amenities check out time and breakfast time. Very pleasant as was gentleman in the evening. Very clean room and good rates»

«Perfekt for one night stay, everything you need, road just in front, but little traffic Only negativ, we lived first floor and when somebody went in or out you can hear it, but that wasnt a problem for us»

«Be aware that the «grab and go» food option has limited opening hours, and there are no vending machines. Overall it’s surprising how little accommodating the hotel is for being one for travelers in a pinch or passing through.»

«We arrived in the afternoon and the rooms looked just like in the pictures. Easy to access by car. The furniture seemed old, and the bed a bit short for people over 1,80m. The room was very clean and surprisingly quiet. The service was ok, neither with check in nor out was the reseptionist very cherfull. Placement was perfect for upper Chicago. A nice place if you want a cheap stay while you check out the city. »

«This is a great little garden unit studio. We had a bit of a longer stay but it was very comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend!»

«Unit was fine. The building smelled awful...lobby and foyer like 25 cans of febreeeze. choking sweet .»

«Excellent marketing. You get EXACTLY what is described. Look closely at the photos and make sure that is what will make you comfortable. Location was excellent. The view from the rooftop was great for sunrises or sunsets (some functional furniture would be nice). We stayed there a full 7 days. It was a great place to crash for sleep after an exhausting long day at work. I would suggest taking an HDMI cable unless you are. comfortable entering your streaming passwords into someone else's TV ...

«Loved the Guesthouse Hotel and will certainly book a stay again when in Chicago! Great area, easy walk to restaurants. Convenient parking. Spacious rooms, bathrooms - clean, bright, airy! Amazing!!!»
