«DO NOT STAY HERE. I would rather sleep on the street than stay here again. First off, the staff member you text to check in was rude, unhelpful, and most importantly stole my $300 deposit. The instructions says that you have to provide the staff with a copy of your government ID to check in. It is not until after you book that it is sprung on you that you must also send them a $300-$500 deposit (depending on if you're from Illinois) in order to enter the building.
