«Three of us from Fairbanks stayed two nights at Tuck and Lisa’s lodge, it was just amazing!! We saw seals, whales, and hummingbirds everyday from the deck. They let us use their kayaks and we could get closet to the small island where more than a hundred seals were resting. All of us are planning to go back to stay here in the future! Five stars :)!»

«This was the perfect getaway to truly disconnect from civilization for a while. A truly unique experience. The house is perfectly located on the waterfront with a view of the water in the mountains, with whales and seals swimming past. Our host took great care of us, including picking us up at the dock. There are some good local hiking, just watch out for the bears. Food and groceries are available, though limited. Everything is walkable, and there is beauty all around.»
