Fakenham is a small town with a range of shops and eateries and a famous racecourse with events throughout the year. The property is ideally placed to explore the glorious coast and countryside of this fantastic county, with quaint seaside villages and towns such as Brancaster, Cley, Blakeney and Wells-next-the-Sea all within 17 miles. The pretty Georgian town of Holt with its independent shops, art galleries and cafes is 13.5 miles away. Sheringham, with its steam railway, is only 12 miles away and the traditional seaside resort of Cromer with the Pavilion Theatre, amusements, crazy golf and Amazona Zoo is just 14 miles away. The medieval and beautiful cathedral city of Norwich is just 25 miles away and offers a superb spot for retail therapy.

Step inside the cottage to find a wonderful kitchen, boasting everything you need to prepare a light snack or hearty meal to eat at the dining table which will comfortably seat four guests. The lounge area has comfortable seating and a Smart TV making it an ideal place to unwind with loved ones. Completing the ground floor is a shower room. Upstairs you have two king-size bedrooms which come complete with enough storage space to hang your clothes or store any personal belongings. Please note due to the age of the building, the upstairs bedrooms have low height doorways.

Outside the front of the cottage is a small patio where you can enjoy an evening drink
