«We made a quick- unplanned trip for the BBQ fest to help out some friends who were cooking. This adorable little condo was perfect for us. Completely stocked with anything you might need. I was very shocked by that and impressed. Just bring food, everything else is there. The communication with the management team was excellent.I will rent with them again.»

Recent prior experiences involved totally stripped down units, but this was just the opposite - there were lots of towel, laundry detergent, dishwashing soap, paper towels, TP, a few condiments, extension cord, as well as the standard equipped kitchen. Everything was clean, and the furniture and beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay again.»

«The cleanliness was more bad luck on my side than anything. I guess there was an AC unit or something replaced after the cleaner had done her thing. They left a pile of towels on the table and dust bunnies and dead flies on the floor, which was gross. I called the owner and he explained the situation, I just threw the towels in the dryer and we ignored the mess on the floor. I’d rather have that mess than no AC in Arkansas any day. It was further from the beach than I thought, but it was doable. ...

«Great and cozy place to stay! The community there is so friendly and inviting. Plenty of stuff to do nearby. Many of the activities are within walking distance. We went specifically to see the solar eclipse and were very happy with the way everything went. The owners were easy to communicate with and very responsive. They made check-in and check-out about as easy as it could have possibly been. If I ever have an event in the area, I won't hesitate to book here again!»

«This felt like home away from home. Very clean and decorated really cute. We typically stay with Wyndham Resorts at this location, but there was no availability for the dates we wanted. This was a very nice, reasonably priced, option and I'm happy that I found it. Will definitely keep this property in mind for future visits. (My parents live in FFB so we are frequent visitors)»

«Club Wyndham Resort at Fairfield Bay was great. Very friendly staff and super helpful. However, interaction with VRBO was challenging. Due to significant COVID spike in Arkansas, we felt it best to cancel. After repeated attempts to cancel online and telephonically, 10 days before our stay, Club Wyndham was never notified. We received numerous check-in reminders, several phone calls from Wyndham and then two requests to rate our stay (that never happened). I am completing this review in the ...
