«The cottage was comfortable and well equipped. We were met by the owner, Mark, on arrival, who was very welcoming. He provided lots of local information, including walks and pubs marked on an OS map. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. There are several properties here, but all wirh separate entrances and outside seatinf areas so they feel private. It was a great base for a few days in the Suffolk countryside. »

Basic amenities to get you started straight after arrival like tea, suggar, milk, bread. Ideally situated in a quiet area with horse paddock right next to the cottage. Underfloor heating was very cozy, modern cooking area.»

«Very comfortable, home from home feel when you walk into Walnut cottage. The owners were really helpful and informative with regards to places to eat and drink. Along with places to visit. Lovely walks along the river and plenty of areas to have a game of fetch with the pooch.»

«This cottage has all the amenities you would need for a stay in the country and the garden is well fenced. The down side is that it is a fairway out of Stowmarket with no pubs or shops within walking distance so you would need to drive for anything you might need. We stayed here as a base over Christmas as we were visiting family and it suited us very well. The welcome pack was also a very nice touch and we were very pleased with everything.»

«This a very smart home, and designed for family fun. The swimming pool is heated to 30deg. and is a great attraction. The hardcourt tennis is full size and another bonus. The large gardens are beautiful and the walled garden doubles as a croquet lawn. There are bikes, football, table tennis and DVD player.
