Welcome to our cozy non-smoking holiday home in Scandinavian style, idyllically located in Extertal Holiday Park.



Surrounded by forests and nature, enjoy relaxing days away from everyday life. Perfect for couples, families, and active travelers.



The house is set between the Weser Uplands and Teutoburg Forest, surrounded by woods, meadows, and gentle hills. Numerous hiking and walking trails start right at the holiday park, inviting you to unwind in nature.



You’ll find three bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The bright living area features a comfortable sitting corner, dining table for five, and a wood-burning stove that heats the entire house—ideal for cozy evenings. There’s also an efficient heat pump air conditioner with heating function and electric heaters in every room for year-round comfort. Wi-Fi and a washing machine are available free of charge. Outside, enjoy the view over forests, hills, and the Extertal from your covered terrace with barbecue.



A special highlight is the private barrel sauna in the garden.



A free parking space is provided.



A 4,000 m² activity park is available free of charge, offering football, table tennis, volleyball, trampoline, sandbox, chess, and a barbecue area. The area is also great for cycling and mountain biking. E-bikes and handcarts can be rented on site for an extra charge.



Many attractions are easily reached by car, such as Hamelin, Minden, Bückeburg, Bad Pyrmont, or Hanover. The region combines nature, relaxation, and varied leisure activities perfectly.
