«I booked a last minute stay for some time at the ocean. The booking/check in process was so easy with very detailed instructions sent the day of my arrival. The place was exactly as pictured, a well-appointed, clean cottage, with everything I needed. The host also left a welcome gift that was thoughtful and useful. I walked the few blocks to the ocean everyday, multiple times a day to walk for hours on the beaches. I got food from a nice little Italian restaurant (Capri) just a block away. The ...

«We enjoyed having a full kitchen, you either get a small fridge and maybe a hot plate. It was clean a convenient walk to the beach. Parking was tight and not sure why I had to put the garbage cans out. Isn't that what the cleaning fee is for?»

«Clean and well cared for; high end finishes; small but adorable with beautiful views from upstairs bedroom. Good communication with owners. »

«The host was very responsive. Place was clean and had lots of paper goods, spices, coffee and tea. 2 blocks from the beach and very quiet. Note: The two bedrooms are on different floors. I did see lots of baby and beach equipment.»

The property had so much old charm with all the comforts of home and a wonderful location to just hang out, go to the beach or shop and eat in Portsmouth. We would not hesitate to do it again and we appreciated the care and communication provided by Chelsi.»

«This is our third time staying here. The property is fabulous and Micah is a great host. Super responsive every time I’ve reached out! Highly recommend him as a host and his property for vacation!»

«Fantastic host and property!»

The outdoor little kitchen was a wonderful addition but the view from the deck is where we spent most of our time. The host provided snacks upon arrival and has almost everything you need to just come and relax.»

«Cute little cottage. Incredible location near one of the most beautiful towns and long pristine beaches and natural habitat preserves I've encountered. We used to go to Plum Island when I was a kid and when my kids were young. Even more interesting than I remembered. The house has a nice, well-furnished kitchen, and it's a lovely, small, cozy space. The only issues we had were furniture, inside seating, and a very loud washer and dryer. It's a tiny place that maximizes space so well it kind of ...

«Cute little place that is clean and well taken care of. Plum Island was adorable with a mile walk or ride to a great beach. Enjoyed our stay.»
