The HumBee Studio

  • Welcome to our cozy little HumBee Studio. Our rental is located in a ideal location for a visit to Eureka, we are walking distance from a variety of things. We live in a quiet neighborhood with lots of on street parking. There is two houses on the property, but the rental is separately fenced off and has privacy. You will be sure to get a good nights rest in our lovely king size tempur-pedic.

We had a great stay at the Humbee Studio over the 4th of July. Belem was a great host! She was hosting a gathering at her house when we arrived and she brought over food to welcome us and also gave us a suggestion for where to see fireworks. The studio has a separate entrance and walkway from the main house so it was completely private. The studio was spacious and comfortable for our stay. Having a full kitchen was great! It was also very walkable to downtown Eureka. Definitely a great spot!

The room is nice! It's big and open allowed for easy navigation. The shower head has nice pressure. The bed was comfortable and easy to see the tv since it is mounted on the wall. TV had good sound. The only suggestion is not to turn the fireplace on in summer, it was so hot when we got there we had to open the windows, turn on the fans, and sit outside for an hour. Feel like that's a water of your electricity/gas. Would be lovely in the winter!

My dog and I really enjoyed our stay. It's a very spacious studio with enough yard for my old pal. Everything was clean and ready and the location was great for walking to anywhere I needed and a quiet neighborhood. Absolutely wonderful place to stay!

The one room clean accommodation is very well laid out with a convenient kitchen, private bathroom, sitting/TV area and large king size bed. There is plenty of closet space and a nice electric fireplace in the corner. Our dog was very secure within the fenced yard when he went out to roam the small, nicely landscaped yard. We were visiting a friend who lives only 2 blocks away so that was very convenient for us. We were given the gate and door key code before arrival and that was very convenient and no hassle. The neighborhood is quiet and there was plenty of street parking.We would definitely want to stay here again when we visit our friend.

This place is a little slice of heaven as a home away from home. I had no idea how charming this place would be till I arrived. Cute welcoming sign and so nicely private and quiet. You have your own gated and fenced yard to sit out and enjoy. Nice touch with the gate front door as you can leave the front door open for fresh air. Lovely space with full kitchen, ceiling fan, kitchen table. desk, couch, bed and luggage rack. There’s more. The bonus was the lovely fireplace. My dog and I had a great stay. He settled there easily

Back again…

Our second stay at this lovely little cottage! The nicest, most perfect, coziest place we’ve stayed at with our two dogs. Quiet, clean, comfortable, safe! And wonderfully dog friendly with its fenced yard.

Chill spot in Eureka

We loved the stay. The studio was very clean and well stocked. It was nice being so close to downtown Eureka. I also liked how there were suggestions on places to eat and things to see.

Comfy stay in convenient location

Comfy and Secure

This "studio" is huge, with plenty of room for a couch, table, and chairs. A big plus for us is the secure yard (fence to the ground), which is essential when traveling with our small dog.

Just What You Need

Perfect set up for our trip. Good location. Beautiful grounds with trees and plants all over the property. We enjoyed trying to identify all the different plants. Clean and had everything you could need for a short or long stay. There was a board with multiple eatery suggestions in the area...definitely check out Los Bagels!
