«We like staying in the San Carlos neighborhood of Ft. Myers. For the area, the apartment is a great location and price. It’s comfortable with plenty of amenities. Having breakfast and cocktails on the lanai was delightful. The apartment is exactly as pictured and although it could use some upgrades, it was still comfortable. Be aware that the apartment is near the approach pattern for the airport but most aircraft activity occurs during the day. It never bothered us.»

«The property was as shown in the ad , very clean and neat inside and out. Location was in a quiet neighborhood but you were not far from all that the area has to offer. The house had all you need to enjoy your stay. Beds were comfortable , the kitchen island was perfect for hanging out , the A/C worked great and the furnishings provided us with lots of comfort when we returned after a long day. «Quaint and cozy place to relax. Everything was clean and other neighbor guests were a pleasure to be around.Watching manatee and dolphin cruise the river was a bonus. Location is super convenient.Rented a kayak from ebb for the week to explore the river and the estero bay. The kayaks fit inside a decent sized suv rental for day trips. Estero outfitters rent kayaks for a reasonable rate on the estero river.Ill be back.»

«We really enjoyed our 2 week stay at this spacious, well equipped, updated home with beautiful lanai and pool area. They have eveything you need for a fun day by the pool or at the beach.
