Townhouse, seaview, direct access to beach, sleeps 4, swimming pool!!

Very charming townhouse with seaview in a securely gated beach front resort with a large communal pool, subtropical gardens and direct access to the beach. Beachfront, seaview, away from it all, but still close to everything!!!
The house has a nice terrace with a dining table, umbrella and a BBQ. From the terrace you walk into the private garden with sun beds and a private exterior shower, which is very comfortable after a swim in the pool, the sea or to cool off during sunbathing. The kitchen is well equipped, with a large fridge, an oven and a dishwasher. There is one double bedroom with airco and built-in wardrobes. The 2nd bedroom is an open mezzanine in the living room with a double bed. As the mezzanine has low ceilings, it is best suited for kids. The living-room (also with airco) is nicely decorated with a sofa, television and a dining table.
The exclusive resort is comprised of only 36 townhouses on a prime South-facing sea-front location on the “New Golden Mile” between Marbella and Estepona, only 50 minutes drive from Malaga Airport.
Greatly appreciated by our guests and by ourselves is the central location of our house.The large supermarket Carrefour, several beach bars, a fresh bakery, a pharmacy, a hairdresser, a medical clinic and the exclusive beachclub Trocadero are all within short walking distance of the house.
Estepona old town is a 15 min walk. Popular places like Pacha Beach club, Puerto Banus, Los Flamingos Golf Club, Marbella are all within a 5 - 15 min drive.
Free WIFI, bedlinen, towels and cleaning service are included. Use of electricity will be charged on the base of effective use.

Excellent property. We had a great break.
We had an excellent week in Estepona. We loved the town. Relaxed, not over touristy, but plenty of bars and restaurants and a lovely old town. The accommodation was first class for the two of us. Very clean, all amenities, hard to criticise. Lovely large shared pool that we had pretty much to ourselves in late September. Lorraine, the manager could not have been more accommodating. We were lucky to be allowed to check in early and also check out late. Would happily stay again.

Easily the best accommodation that I have ever booked. The property was stunning with beautiful tropical gardens that included lime and orange trees. The pool was great and not very busy during our stay. Direct beach access! Beach itself was a little rocky but was not busy at all and the water crystal clear. The villa itself was perfect for us. It was charming and beautifully decorated. 15 minute walk to old town . One of the prettiest old towns I have ever been to. We hope to be back next year!

Andalusia Villa 36
The complex is beautiful, well maintained and a 15 min pleasant walk to the Old Town, shops and restaurants. Carrefore supermarket is a short walk from the complex. The pool was quiet when we were there in September and generally we had it to ourselves. The town house is ideally positioned for walking or cycling on the coastal path in both directions. The bus station is very close to be able go to the airport, Marbella and Esteponia Marina. In our opinion the town house is ideal for a couple, but the bed on the mezzanine floor would only suit children as it has low ceilings. The town house is well equipped and there are an abundance of towels to use. We would go back again, but would probably choose a larger property as No.36 was smaller than we expected. The communication with both Pascale (owner) during the initial booking and Lorraine (house manager) when arriving was excellent. We did have a couple if issues which were quickly resolved to our satisfaction by Lorraine and Pascale.

Falta devolución de 200 euros
Ha estado todo bien excepto que aun no he recibido le devolución de 200 euros, ha pasado 15 días y me gustaría que fueran más serios en los pagos como son los clientes en los pagos y plazos que se marca.

Very nice place to enjoy Estepona
The little house is very cozy for a couple. It is close to Estepona without being directly in the center, making it a tranquil spot. The private yard is ideal. We did not have the occasion to use the pool because it was February (!) but it was lovely and clean. Private parking is ideal. Close to the grand supermarket, which was very handy. Kitchen is very well equipped for all your needs. There is an amazing walkway along the beach for a promenade, jog, bike. Very clean lodgings. We arrived in Malaga late and the owner was very kind to leave us all the information and codes to let ourselves into the house. The next day, we were welcomed by Lorraine, the property manager. What a lovely woman! She offered suggestions for things to do, places to visit and suggestions for eating. Never have I experienced a property manager so kind and helpful, responding to our needs and questions in an immediate manner. It was evident that she genuinely enjoyed making our stay confortable and memorable. She was interested in any suggestions that we might have for making the little house even better. I would definitely recommend this lodging.

Quiet and Relaxing
We have just spent 9 nights at this property. We really loved it, especially the location. It was very clean and well equipped and it was easy to walk into Estepona. Lorraine who managed the property was lovely and was around if we needed anything. There are beautiful views from the terrace. The pool and gardens are beautifully maintained and there are lovely walks along the coastal path. Hope to visit again soon. Thank you Sonia & Lorraine.

A nice relaxing week
The Villas Andaluzas is a nice and well-kept group of houses in Estepona, located on the northern edge of the city, some houses with direct access to the sea/beach. We were in house number 6. We got this house as an alternative to another house we had initially chosen, sine this house had some technical problems and required repair. The communication with the rental team was always fast and solution oriented. The house is fully equipped and the team was very supportive in organizing a double bed for us (instead of the two single beds in this house).The Bed was very comfortable and furniture was functional and comfortable. Everything was very clean and nicely prepared for our stay! When mentioned something that may be improved for a 5-star: Maybe the garden and the plants in the garden of the house need a bit more maintenance(watering? Viability of Plants) compared to the neighboring gardens. When I would change something, maybe refurbishing the kitchen could further improve the house. The kitchen cupboards (the one with the cooking pots) may need some refurbishment (less pots/pans - but some newer ones, and better accessible (cupboard doors). Overall a very nice stay, very supportive & friendly team! We will remember it as very nice stay, we will miss the sound of the waves...:-)
