Nydelig hotell
Vi var fem som reiste sammen, min samboer og tre venner. Vi hadde også med oss hund. Hotellet var veldig fint, rommene romslige og veldig fine. Personalet var veldig behjelpelig og tilstede. Jeg har funnet mitt nye favoritthotell på solkysten. Vi kommer garantert til å velge dette hotellet neste gang også.

Supert hotel. Stiv restaurant. Kun voksne.
Fantastisk sted som anbefales. Noe stiv service, og særs dyr mat i restauranten, så vi valgte å spise middager utenfor hotellet. Tikitano, en strandrestaurant 3 min gange langs stranden var topp. Foruten at hotellet ikke serverer alkohol utenfor rommet, var det en super location og deilig å henge hele dagen. Bra roomservice. Veldig bra spa skal også nevnes!

The rooms are lovely & the setting is ideal, but that’s about it. The 1 restaurant (not 3) serves the same thing all day (same as a the room service menu) & is horrendously slow & over priced. The breakfast is slow & a very poor choice of options. The spa is fine if you like sauna/steam room but the pool/jacuzzi area is currently closed (they tried to deny it existed until I showed them the brochure from the room). For a mostly empty hotel the staff aren’t exactly jumping to help. Don’t bother trying to go into the indoor part of the restaurant - it’s empty & no staff go in there. It could be brilliant, but instead it’s a 3 star hotel in a 5* shell.

We regret that some of our services have not lived up to your expectations. In relation to the menu of our restaurant "Lido Beach", we offer multiple options from each category and different food options (Asian, rice, pasta, fish and meats), as well as various starters and desserts. Our prices range from 8 euros for a starter to 45 euros for a chateaubriand, We truly believe that we offer excellent value for money with a varied offering and this is what the rest of our customers let us know.As with our room service menu, it is obviously smaller than that of our restaurant but it also offers multiple alternatives in each category (starters 16 options, main course 7 options and desserts 5 options) with prices ranging from 8 euros up to 39 euros, as in the case of our restaurant menu, the quality-price ratio we offer is optimal.On the other hand, our wellness center is based on comprehensive esthetic and relaxation therapies and not on hydrotherapies.We will communicate your impressions about the restaurant's service to the area manager and we appreciate your comments. Ha sido una experiencia fantástica, desde la llegada nos han recibido con una gran sonrisa. El hotel es precioso, todo en muy buen estado y las instalaciones son limpias. Las camas son cómodas como un pedacito de nube! Hemos dormido como unos bebés... una calma perfecta. La comida es deliciosa y el servicio no puede ser mejor Volveremos sin duda!

Muy buen hotel, muy tranquilo
el hotel esta muy bueno porque es muy tranquilo y la no presencia de ninos ayuda bastante. El servicio es bueno. El unico defecto que al ser un hotel tipo spa, no venden alcohol, el desayuno lo define el hotel y no se puede comer lo que uno quiere.

Be aware- diet hotel
Be aware that this is not a normal hotel. If you check in here the purpose of the stay is to be on a diet. Of course you can leave the hotel for breakfast, lunch and dinner somewhere else. But if you eat at the hotel you will be served this diet food without and salt or spices. Bort lunch and dinner are charged 80 euro/person and it is not enough to make you full or satisfied unless you want to serious drop weight. They do not serve any alcohol and the minibar is only filled with water. However, great facility and service minded staff.

Beautiful location. A bit quiet; had to ask to open the facilities. I had a hot stone massage; adequate, a bit short...not the full time and the tech dropped the stones at one point...not so relaxing. She also forgot to question me about my special needs PRIOR to the massage... Room was very lovely, but no a/c for a day...hot in September. The restaurant crew was superb!!!! Although they are tasked with a spartan menu, they do it beautifully and with grace. Its not as exciting a menu as spas in the US, but the waitstaff makes up for the food. All in all, a beautiful facility that needs to tighten up some loose ends.

Fabuloso San Valentín
Mi estancia, a pesar de corta, ha sido maravillosa. No tengo nada que objetar al hotel, el trato es fabuloso, la limpieza, el orden y el aspecto también. Además pudimos gozar de vistas al mar y de late check out sin costo adicional alguno, maravilloso. El desayuno Energy en la habitación para quienes no quieran seguir la "dieta" del restaurante es exquisito también. Lo dicho, un 11 sobre 10.

You Get What You Pay For
This hotel had very reasonable rates, but that is about the only positive thing I have to say. The room was not very clean. It looked like it hadn't been dusted in over a month. In one of the dresser drawers was a plastic bag with a sweater inside that someone had purchased from a drug store. Obviously the maid service was not doing their job. The room also had no towels when I arrived, so I had the inconvenience of having to go to the front desk to get them, as they would not bring them to me. My room was right next to the side door, which slammed every time it closed. It was also right next to a staircase. The thin walls in this room made for a sleepless night, with people constantly going in and out of the door/up and down the stairs. The bed was very sub-par and uncomfortable. Not a good experience at all. I recommend looking elsewhere.
