«This condo has everything you need! We came with our 14 year old son and his best friend. The boys slept comfortably on the couches in the living area. The beach is literally steps away and there is a great restaurant, bar, pizza shop and boutique right on the beach. Red Hook is a 3 minute drive to restaurants and shops. The ferry to St. John's is right there as well. We will definitely be back!»

«Good communication. Beach is a 6 minute walk, not bad but not as close as described. This is the first building at the top of the hill so a little rough for those not in shape. Room had everything you need from beach stuff to condiments. Great price to be close to sapphire beach! »

«Everything was wonderful. The kitchen has all of the essentials that you would need. The laundry was great. Keep in mind the dryer may take longer because it is ventless. But at least you have a dryer in this unit as all do not. We love Sapphire beach and this unit did not disappoint. »

«Great beachfront views and close to Red Hook and the Ferry. It was nice having breakfast and restaurants on the property. I would recommend a rental car to get around as the roads are narrow and not really conducive for walking back and forth to Red Hook. »
