This flat was built in 2020. It is modern and comfortably furnished.
It is decorated in muted tones and has everything you could wish for when staying in a city.
The flat is heated by floor heating, the kitchen has a large fridge, cooker/oven and is fully equipped to start cooking immediately after shopping.
The living area offers a comfortable couch, TV with Netflix. The WLAN is of course included.
The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, Toilet, towel warmer and plenty of storage space for cosmetics and other items.
The bunk bed offers plenty of space for 2 people and can be reached via a short flight of stairs.
The terrace has wooden garden furniture.
We would like to point out that the flat is located in a residential building with 2 parties and therefore noises may be heard.
Access to the flat is completely contactless via a key box. This means that very late check-in is also possible.
There are plenty of free parking spaces directly in front of the house.
We are available for our guests by message. If you wish, you can also contact us personally if time permits.
Within walking distance you will find a very well-stocked supermarket such as EDEKA, Rewe, DM, Lidl, Aldi, several bakeries and pharmacies, petrol station, S-Bahn and bus stops, tailors, dry cleaners, flower shop, toy shop,and churches.
