I called them directly after booking on Expedia and made sure I would be facing a direction that would allow me to view frieworks.. they assured me and confirmed that, that was the case. When I get to the front desk the lady says there's no way they can assure you of that. I said well then when I called here they shouldn't have told me they can. She then says I will actually be on the opposite side of the building. I'm furious. Then when I get to my room ...

«The rooftop bar was unique and the waitresses worked hard in the heat to attend to the wishes of the guests! Downstairs was an air-conditioned inside bar with friendly and efficient staff. We missed the entertainment outside, but what a nice place to relax. The suite was like a studio apartment, stocked completely with a modern motif.»

«The property as a whole “looked” nice and clean. However the room I had had me questioning the cleanliness. The were the small things in the room had attention to detail been paid it would’ve been caught. There were things missing that also lead me to question the remote was gone, no cups, and the curtains were not functioning. All these things were corrected but had the job been done right and attention to detail was minded these things wouldn’t have been missed.»

«The property was clean but the breakfast was less than average. The selection was minimal and the hot items were not very good. Someone also had dogs with them and they cried for over an hour one day and sounded like they were running into the walls.»
