«I liked the fact that the staff was always extremely helpful and they're at a moment's notice if you needed them. I also liked the fact that little Park was right across the street and was a beautiful Park. I also really like the fact that I felt safe to walk outside at night to walk my dogs. I did love the fact that the hotel was very pet friendly. The only drawback was they did not have a swimming pool or sauna.»

«We have stayed at The Graduate in Cincinnati more than a dozen times. This stay we booked 2 rooms. The rooms themselves are great…comfortable beds and spacious living areas. However one room received room service the first day (making beds & straightening the bed), the other did not. We asked at the desk and they apologized and took down our room number. The 2nd night, the same thing happened, 1 room just towel service, the other, nothing. I don’t mind not having my bed made, but clean, ...

«Great set up. Well stocked with what we needed. Unfortunately on the alley beside our room there is a metal grate covering a hole in the road which makes a loud banging noise every time a car runs over it. We and other couples who stayed there had difficulty sleeping due to this. »

«Check in was supposed to be after three PM, but we didn’t get a room until four thirty PM. The rooms appeared to be pre assigned. Someone one we know got a room immediately after they got a room that had not been cleaned. So there was available cleaned rooms, but the staff made us wait. Liked proximity to the Great American ball park.»
