«The pool was very dirty way too much chlorine and dirt all on the floor the hotel was very musty and humid with the smell of dog the room itself was clean but the TV did not work half the night there were no towels in the pool area we called the front desk to tell them and they brought 3 towels with 4 of us in the pool»

«Hotel had a grungy feel. No supplies in room. Pillows were small and square like cushions. Check-in was slow with several technical issues. Breakfast was OK for this price range.u»

«I’ve stayed at this Hampton many times and usually everything is great, however, this time the elevator was out of service during my entire stay. I’m fortunate I’m healthy and my room was only on the second floor. I witnessed some elderly visitors trying to navigate the stairs. This is not the first time in the last year the elevator was down.»

«1) Make sure the AC works (room 230 didn't work properly. It stayed in the 75 degree range). 2) Make sure the ice machines work (2nd floor ice machine did not work). 3) If you advertise a hot tub please have one available. (It looks like the one area where a hot tub was supposed to be is permanently covered). 4) The elevator sounds like it need some work (Gear grinding noise going up and down, possible safety hazard? ). 5) Overall, the place looks and is rundown and not well kept 😑!
