«We booked this for my son’s UConn graduation.My family of 4 stayed and it was perfect!! The Bungalow is clean and meticulously decorated! We felt so at home and it had everything we needed. From first walking in, refrigerator was so dirty/dusty you could run your finger down it and have a film on your hand. Wood flooring in kitchen area is warped because of an obvious leak in the ceiling. «We were able to stay @ this location for several days just before the holidays. The space was perfect for the running around we needed to do and was a solid base of operation. The kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom are well-appointed. We did not spend any time in the living room or outside areas. «Graduation at UConn in early May 2024. Kim’s house was clean and spacious with incomparable views of the lake. There were many areas in the house for you to have your own private space and relax. The kitchen had everything we needed and there were multiple ways to access the wonderful deck and sunroom. Most of my guests were over the age of 70 and the shallow carpeted indoor stairs leading to the bedrooms presented a challenge for only one of my guests. «This looked like a lovely property online but was even more gorgeous in person. The house was spotless, warm and inviting. Many areas to sit and enjoy the sound of the birds. The host was great. Obviously enjoying sharing her hospitality and wanting my stay to be memorable. I hope to be able to go back around Christmas.»

«We stayed at this adorable house while in town for a funeral. It was so clean!!!!! The house is decorated adorably and everything was very clean and organized. It is close to the train but we had zero problems sleeping as it comes by so fast and only a few cars. The view and deck by the river was so lovely!
