«Room had way too many gnats and other bugs crawling around, the floor was so dirty my slippers were black on the bottom. All of those touch screen and keypads looks like they were never clean. Parking is atrocious and too expensive $15 a day and you have to use Parkade. If nothing is available the only other parking is street parking which fills up fast! »

«One of the toilets was broken. The water valve had a huge leak, so it was shut off. (Turning it on made water spray everywhere - not a small thing.) I'm normally not bothered when there are minor maintenance issues, things break, no biggie. But it was clear that the property manager knew the toilet was broken previously, because someone had shut off the water valve. They rented us the unit without telling us of the issue and and just apologized for the inconvenience when I complained. Besides ...
