«The property was in a fantastic location, with excellent views. The pair of little grebes on the pond were a joy to watch. The property was within easy reach of the town centre, which has much to offer. The property was clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. The sofa was not comfortable if you have the slightest back issue (style over function), but we didn't spend that much time on it. We enjoyed the balcony, and peace and quiet of the location. We will be back!»

«Arrive to meet host, showed around, clean tidy, perfect communication throughtout the stay. We did have a small issue through the stay and this was dealt with efficiently and promptly. We are looking to stay again in April we were that impressed. Tea and coffee were also provided and soap in the bathroom, this was an added bonus and very welcome. »

«The property is as listed on the site. However the parking details are vague to say the least. We ended up parking in what I’m sure was the wrong car park but we weren’t given tickets or reprimanded by anyone.
The major downside was the fact there was no hot water other than the electric showers. I mean NO hot water. The site were told at the 1st opportunity and their response was to turn on all circuit breakers. A. as an electrician myself you shouldn’t really be advising someone who as ...
