«Checking in was easy. Elisa was very helpful and friendly, she answered all my questions and she kept in touch with me before checkin, to make sure we knew exactly where to go. The property was beautiful! We loved our view from the kitchen window. The apartment was well stocked and the pool was lovely. My husband had a nice chat with the owner and said he was very informative and friendly. We loved our stay at Belmonte and we were sad to leave such a beautiful place.»

«Very clean and spacious, and beautiful view outside room. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans to do your own cooking if you wish. Also had a restaurant nearby. Had an outside washer you could utilize if you could figure out how to use it, but no dryer. The only thing that I would see as a negative though, was that the 2-4 km of road to get there was horrible. »

«Agriturismo ll Principino is a beautiful place to relax and drink in the views of Tuscany . Our apartment had a nice little kitchen with a nice set of pots and pans for making simple meals. The bedroom was made even more comfortable by having windows with screens ( often not the case ) so the they could be left open during the night without worry pf insects coming in. «We change appartment to Primavera Fattoria in the other end of Varna. It was a great appartment and area. Can recomend it. If you are more than one family to stay this house is great. Many appartmants in the same house. It is rural so no traffic and the poolarea is surraounded by a fence.»

Since it was mid-October our party of 4 (in 2 apartments) had the place to ourselves. Vom großen Raum aus hat man die Gelegenheit um draußen zu sitzen und direkt an den Pool zu gehen. Mit unseren 2 Jungs war es ein perfekter Urlaub, wir haben viel Zeit am Pool verbracht, Ausflüge gemacht in der Umgebung (Todi ist sehr schön) und bis nach Rom. Wir kommen gerne wieder»

«Nous avions loué pour 6 nuits nous sommes partis au bout de 3 . Le ménage n était pas fait, les sanitaires ignobles( la lunette des toilettes cassée )et après on ose demander plus de 50 euros pour le ménage. Pas de chauffage( des pieces à une température de 14°C)a part dans un seul logement déjà occupé. Quand nous avons demandé du chauffage on nous a apporté un petit chauffage d appoint. Toujours mécontent car il faisait toujours aussi froid la propriétaire nous a dit de trouver un autre ...
