"My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of staying at La Torre sulla via Francigena for a week this summer, and it was one of the most memorable and relaxing vacations ever. The location is absolutely stunning – set in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, it offers breathtaking views and a truly unique and peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are not only spotlessly clean, but also beautifully decorated, featuring charming and artistic mosaic designs on the walls that make each room feel special. The food is fantastic! Every morning we were treated to a fresh and delicious breakfast, with plenty of options including omelets, pancakes, scrambled eggs, eggs and bacon, and more. They also host amazing pizza nights and even outdoor movie dinners under the stars – such a magical experience! The staff are incredibly kind, warm, and helpful. Their hospitality really made us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. The service was top-notch in every way. The outdoor area is a dream – the pool and garden are beautifully maintained, perfect for unwinding and soaking in the serene surroundings. You really feel like you can disconnect and relax here. They also produce their own wine on-site, which you can purchase and take home – a lovely and delicious souvenir. I highly recommend renting a car, as it gives you the freedom to explore the area. Don’t miss a visit to San Gimignano, Volterra and Siena. Will definitely come back! "

"Dette hotellet er så sjarmerende. Det er stille og fredelig der oppe i åsen hvor det ligger. Deilig med basseng i hagen. Hele stedet er bare idyllisk. Artig at rommene har navn og ikke nummer. Veldig hyggelig personalet. Enkel frokostbuffet, men hadde både glutenfritt brød, kjeks og kaker. "

"Wonderful and highly recommendable place in Tuscany within reasonable distance of key Tuscan cities and attractions. As Tuscan as it can be, with traditional Tuscan buildings in a very nice garden with a nice pool and a wonderful view. Be aware though that the property consist of two houses with approx. 250 meters apart. Both very nice, but for a family with kids who love staying at the swimming pool, it was better for us to stay in the main building with the swimming pool and the restaurant. The restaurant serves very good food, but is a bit expensive. The breakfast is good. The closest city is Montespertoli, which provides a few shops and restaurants and is sort of charming, but it is a very quiet place."

"Hotellet er i ypperste klasse og har Michelin restaurant i samme bygning. Maten er utsøkt. Rommet vi fikk var en suite med to gjennomgående rom og stort bad. God seng. Hotellet er lite og intimt med 6 rom og verten er utrolig imøtekommende og hjelpsom. Det er kort vei til Leonardo da Vinci museum og hans barndomshjem. Vi kommer gjerne igjen."

"Vi var storfamilien som skulle utforske Toscana og fant at å bo på gårder på landet ville være bra siden vi var fra 8 til 75 år. Veldig bra komfort både på rommeneog på restauranten. Greit å komme rundt med bil til Lucca, Gimigniano og Pisa. Været var litt lunefullt så det ble ikke besøk ved havet."
