«Good communication from the host and great location»

«Incredible lake- honestly even better than the pictures depicted. Calm, excellent fishing, and kayaks available for increased access and enjoyment. This property is pet friendly which was excellent for us but could be irritating to others (there was a neighbor whose dog started barking at 6AM and didn’t stop, we were able to excuse it because we brought our dogs/ are dog people but it’s a good heads up for those who aren’t). Cute downtown a short drive away. There were a handful of things that ...

«This beautiful cozy townhome was the perfect space for my husband and I. We only used the main floor, and it was a great space for us. Very peaceful sitting in the woods and looking out over the lake. Still close to town for restaurants, shopping and golf courses. It was a relaxing vacation to end the summer.»

«Very comfortable and clean. Excellent communication.»

«Great place to stay, perfect for what we needed and so grateful that it was pet friendly.»

«Unfortunately, this was not the rental experience we were expecting. Upon arrival at the cottage, Amazon boxes were all over the inside of the cottage - on the floor, etc. An open TV was lying down on the kitchen table as if it needed to be installed. It did not appear the home had been tidied up in some time. The listing mentions A/C; however, it is not central air, but window units, of which there are only two, which do not fully cool the home and all of the bedrooms. Upon arrival, ...

«We had great experience staying in. Everything we needed was available for use. Highly recommend staying here.»

«Overall the property was very clean. We thought we'd be on the water and have a beach for our dog to exercise in.Overall the property was very nice and well supplied.»

«We had no issues checking in and just stayed for one night while passing through so it was what we needed it to be. However it was very different from what we expected… we expected a condo or multi unit house while this was basically an old store they turned into a living space. The layout was very weird and there is one set of stairs that takes you up high to a second level with more rooms. There were no amenities whatsoever (coffee, cookware, etc) but towels and bedding were satisfactory. ...

«The hosts were so friendly and accommodating. The house had plenty of comfortable sleeping space and a fully equipped kitchen. The family especially enjoyed the private pool. Thank you!»

«Met our needs.»

«Host was awesome to communicate with! This location was perfect for the family party we are in town for and was beautiful. Thank you for the hospitality!»

«Beautiful house and property.»

«Was very disappointed with the state of this home! We walked into a strong musty smell, there was dust on everything, crumbs on the kitchen table in the basement, cobwebs everywhere and black mold in every shower and sink. Not one of us would take a shower because of how bad the mold was! They also had the fire alarms removed? I would definitely be hiring a new cleaning service if I was them, as someone who cleans homes for a living I can tell you that is completely unacceptable. Really ...

«We had a fun holiday weekend at the blue jay»

«It was clean and updated with a great location. Host was quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely go back again.»

«Great Location! »

«Great location to downtown, everything is walkable. The property is beautiful and has everything you would need! It’s approximately 15-30 mins from the Boyne Mountain depending on road conditions. GPS said 45-60 to Boyne highlands. »
