«The house was clean when we walked in and even smelled clean which is always a plus. Had no major issues with our stay. It was nice being close enough to Waco that it only took 12min to get to Baylor and only 7min from Homestead which was nice for morning pasties and coffee. Extra points also for having a pizza pan.»

«The chickadee treehouse was amazing! We stayed for 3 nights and wish we would have booked a longer trip. The treehouse is exactly how it is advertised. Such a cute and wonderful experience. It’s about 15 minutes from Waco and about 1hr & 30 minutes from Fort Worth stockyards. The treehouse is clean and well stocked. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in the area. »

«Clean, Cozy and Comfortable, perfect accommodations for a couples get away. Wished the weather would have been better so we could have enjoyed the covered porch more and the outdoor spaces but we did enjoy our coffee sitting out on the porch listening to the birds and bundled up real good to take a stroll around the resort.
