«This house is great for a family of all adults! Very peaceful and well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed having the hot tub as well! My only 2 complaints were the number of bath towels available, and the table on the screen porch was so dirty with pollen we couldn’t use it - and it was perfect weather to do so). I do understand pollen season in Georgia, but it would’ve been nice to have had it cleaned before we got here. Overall great place and I would stay here again 😊»

«The house is beautiful and nicely furnished. The master bed was very comfortable. Great location on the Ellijay River. The hot tub worked well and was so relaxing. We enjoyed the patio and fire pit, but the Adirondack chairs need to be replaced because some are broken. For the price and extra cleaning fee, I was disappointed to see so many spider webs inside and outside that appeared to have been there for quite some time. It would have been nice to have a broom and some dish cloths/sponges. ...

«This is the second time we’ve stayed here and we love it! Group of adults and we all had plenty of room. Love the river feature and all the outdoor space. Love the big island in the kitchen and the dining table. Love the big couch in the downstairs living room. Bathrooms are spacious and very nice. We love reading, playing games, and just hanging out on our spring break and this is perfect spot!!»

«This property was as advertised. It was comfortable, cozy, and well kept. The property owners were so helpful and thorough with the information necessary for the stay. I would stay there again and again. If there was one thing I would change, it would be adding a tv to the bedroom(s). Although that is not everyone’s cup of tea, it at least gives those who prefer a tv in the bedroom the opportunity to enjoy that option. Nevertheless, this property still receives a whopping 5/5! «Nice place - kitchen and bath well stocked. Furnace worked very well for a cold weekend! As pictured, but I must say very sparsely decorated. Honestly, a few bedside lamps in the downstairs bedroom would be much appreciated, as would an area rug and bath rug on the cold tile floor. And a few more lamps upstairs. Hard to read in the evening with just the overhead light.»

«The cabin is beautiful and thoughtfully furnished with everything you will need (shampoo, air freshener, flashlights, firewood, etc). We loved the sound of the rushing stream outside and all the visiting animals, including deer. The little nook off of the living room was one of our favorite spaces, as it was comfy and offered lovely views of the meadow and the stream.»

«We stayed at The Bowling Cottage for part of spring break. The cottage was absolutely gorgeous, had everything we needed for our stay, and was extremely clean. We enjoyed bowling and billiards at our leisure. Communication with the property manager was easy and clear, they are very responsive and helpful. The grounds are equally as impressive as the cottage. We enjoyed walking trails, the horses, and the beautiful buildings. The location was perfect as well. We felt secluded in the country ...
