«The house had many amenities and was a quaint house (a small bathroom but very clean). The location was ideal for my visit to university of Louisville and family in Southwest Louisville. I requested something be done about the odor. And the grass needs to be cut and yard maintenance completed. The house has a musty and mold odor. The filter needs to be changed in the floor. »

«The overall experience was pretty good. If booking just be mindful that the property is in a not as safe area of the neighborhood. Also a thing to keep in mind that it’s a shared property so getting hot tub time might be a challenge if there’s others on the property, and if you have mobility issues with stairs they are super steep just keep that in mind! Over all communication was great! »
