"First I need to mention that it was Easter week and the hotel was not running on full staff it felt and that is more than okay. Each individual meets you with a smile and make sure you have a great stay. Same time this second stay had some flaws. At check in we were not met, but person came after a call down. This is fine but it is your first contact of the day and well there are so many options like upgrades for returning guests etc, but nothing like it. Also in first stay where we had some technical issues that led to evacuation of the hotel due to wrong fire alert - when it is the third time and you wait in the snow it would have been nice with a complimentary gesture. And during this stay the cleaning service did not show up on last day, but again tour to reception and they fixed some stuff.
Now why this is still an amazing experience. As said - the staff are stars. And the pool on the roof combined with the sauna on the floor and a bar and lounge area - this is amazing. If you just want to avoid sitting in the room while also not feeling to go out just camp in the closed bar area on the 7th floor and enjoy the stunning views while surfing the net or whatever. Warm colors, great lighting, good and cosy furniture. And last but not least - super breakfast buffet!!"
