«Our reservation was cancelled by the hotel 2 days before the stay. We didn’t know this brand at all, so didn’t have a reference for the price. Hotel didn’t return message on the app and it took 3 phone calls to finally reach a manager to get things cleared up. Even then it rang for 5 minutes and they acted like it was our fault and we were bothering them. Won’t look at this brand again.»

«This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. We checked in and individual checking people in at the front desk was hard to understand. Did not speak good English. They set us up on a room on the second floor with no elevator to get our luggage up there once we’re up there we needed a microwave and it was missing from the room. «Blackout curtain did not work. This was at 9:00 at night we weren't going to ask the staff to come up. It was stuck in the highest position. When we came back from dinner. We noticed police cars in the driveway in the entrance. There was no staff at the desk. The police told us that we could go to our room, but there are policemen with guns pulled out on that floor. Why wasn't there any staff to deal deal with the guest? Totally unacceptable»

«I choose a cheap motel and got exactly what I paid for. It was perfectly adequate for a night's sleep, but was totally lacking in any amenities of any kind. There wasn't even a box of Kleenex in the room. Basically a bed, a bathroom/shower, a TV and a small fridge. I ended up being moved from one room to another around 8 pm when I discovered a stream of water running out from under the wall between the bedroom and the bathroom.
