«Gary was very helpful and kind. Im not much for computers so we communicated through text and a phone call. He had the place ready for us earlier than check in and let us know in advance. «The location of this property was great for us. It was a quick walk to downtown and the marina where our boat was in a slip. The house had everything we needed, as far as dishes, towels, etc. We felt like it could have been cleaner. An example is the ceiling fans had about a quarter inch of dust on them, so I would say it needs a deep clean more often. The streets, houses, in the blocks to the west are beautiful, however, you can't see those. There are no "views" from the house unless you ...

«Inside property outstanding. Outside needs cleaning. For cost of rental would expect outside to have better upkeep? Every morning at 555am very loud boaters were putting boats in lake. Lovely well decorated interior, supplies crazy good and high quality. Loved proximity to lake. Deck wonderful with firepit and gas stove. We had a WONDERFUL vacation. »

«Lake front and totally private; we fell asleep to the waves. The location is what makes this property incredible. We spent almost all of our time outside and enjoyed it thoroughly, including plenty of boats, chairs, and sand tots provided by the owner. There is a weirdly heavy infestation of fruit flies throughout the house that was unpleasant, some of the linens weren’t clean, and a few lights didn’t work. Peter was a responsive and gracious host!»

«We were delighted to find we could walk just a couple of blocks to cafes, shops and Beulah beach. The neighborhood is charming and quintessentially Michigan. The Cherry Hut restaurant is just a 2 min drive - The Best Cherry Pie! Downtown Frankfort is a 10 minute drive, beautiful sandy beach and you can walk the pier out to the lighthouse.
