«This isn’t a hotel. It’s a Restaraunt/event space that has a few rooms. Guest services are non-existent. I never saw anyone at the “front desk” during the five days I was here. Was unable to get any issues with my room (there were several) fixed. Any staff I did see (mostly security) don’t speak English and didn’t seem to be able to follow my limited Spanish. «This was one of the most enjoyable experience in El.Salvador. the hotel has an amazing ocean view, the staff at the restaurant was incredible, very friendly and served us well. Katia, Anderson, Gerson, Albert and Wilfredo really treated us like family during the 9 days we were there. Noemy, the maid in charge of cleaning our room was amazing clean everyday. There 3 pools at the property and were so much fun. I am coming back to this hotel and I highly recommend it.»
