«This place was immaculate and beautiful. Walking distance to everything and such an awesome stay. The sunsets were amazing from the property. I can't tell you how many times I ran out and across the street to the Sea of Cortez just to put my feet in the water and people watch. Yes it was a little loud on Friday night but that's what made it fun and interesting. Who doesn't like a Bob Marley cover band coming from the beer garden behind you? It was like having your own private suite at a concert! ...

«Great property. All amenities needed, tons of space, great outside spaces, access to secluded beach w good service. Very wellg stocked market on the resort, but quite pricey. The gas station right down the road is much more reasonable. Only negative was that the main club house was closed for maintenance, and we didn't find out until the day we arrived. But, there were 3 other pools we had access too. Highly recommended.»

«Beautiful property. Lovely, attentive hosts who went above and beyond to pamper us. So many amenities, full breakfast, snacks, drinks, small pool, beautiful views and comfortable beds. And friendly house cats Luna and Camilla always there to greet us. Located 2 blocks from the Malecon, with lots of nearby restaurants, we were able to walk everywhere. «The bottom floor rooms share the outside kitchen and we all share the fire pit and front patio. We are a few blocks away from the water and close to food and restaurants and small stores. You can just walk to get around or rent a scooter right here from Pepe, the owner. He is very good at assisting with all your adventures. «Prior to our arrival I was in communication with the property manager. He was aware of the time our arrival. Once we arrived we noticed the property was filthy , it was uninhabitable. The doors, windows, and sliding doors all had hand prints & dirt everywhere. The floor downstairs, staircase, bedrooms, and bathrooms had not been cleaned or moped. «Our family of 3 really enjoyed our stay. We loved the rooftop with stunning views of the sea and city. The beautiful gated neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. My 9 year old son loved the pool. The beds were comfortable. Air conditioner worked great. We even met some very helpful and kind neighbors. We would definitely love to stay again!»

«The house is located close to the city center in a very quiet area. The house is very large and very well equiped. The owner, Merc, answers very quickly to any messages and can provide advices. We were in family, 10 people in the house and we spend an very nice week in Paz. Leaving with unforgettable memories !»

«Unit was in a gated community where we felt very safe. Shout out to Security Guard Efrain who was very helpful in getting us taxis and assistance when the door to one of the bathrooms locked us out! While is was a walkable distance to the Malecon, we chose to taxi due to many unfriendly dogs and questionable neighborhoods along the way, not to mention super steep hill.
