With the beach of La Nea and the marina of Radazul just a few minutes from the house, you can disconnect by taking a nice walk and a swim in the area where there is always a good climate. It is situated in a residential area, strategically located to get to know the rest of the island.

The house has a fully equipped independent kitchen, a pleasant living room, a large terrace with sea views where you can sunbathe or have breakfast, fridge, microwave, washing machine, iron, sheets and shower towels, travel cot, Internet, lift and parking space.

The community is currently undergoing improvements, so you may experience some noise during your stay.

Check-in after 10 p.m. incurs an additional charge, which varies depending on the time of arrival.

On 24 and 31 December, there will be a €15 surcharge for check-in between 8 pm and 10 pm.
