The space
Our newest design allows you to feel the glam and relax. With a Glamorous modern design this home is ready for your stay with all the amenities and commodities you need. ** NOTE: This unit is located on the 1st floor of the building, you will hear some noise from the unit above.**

As you enter the home with the self check in code you will see the living area, dining room and kitchen open concept modern luxury decorated.

The living area with gray love seat and sofa welcomes you along with a 60” Smart TV with all the streaming services available, Netflix, Hulu, etc. (No credentials are given, nor Cable or Antenna). The living room is finished off with a couple of cube organizer shelves and book case with beautiful decor. There’s a forget basket, you are welcome to take anything you might have forgotten for your trip, (pain killers, razors, toothbrushes, sewing kit, sanitary napkins, batteries, phone chargers, etc).

A unique pendant lighting above the gray marble dining table that fits 6 people well as a corner stand with snacks such as chips and granola for you to enjoy.

The kitchen space has a functional and modern aesthetic throughout. It is fully equipped for cooking, it features a gas range, refrigerator, double sink with a garbage disposal, an over-the-range microwave, pots and pans, dishes and utensils. We also have a dishwasher for you not to worry about doing the dishes. The kitchen is completed with coffee, sugar, K-cups, cooking oil, and spices. As well as a motion sensor lighting under the cabinets.

As you make your way towards the bedrooms you will first find the hallway bathroom with a shower and tub with great water pressure. The vanity is stocked with toiletries, led mirror and hairdryer. Please feel free to use any of the toiletries we left behind for our guests. The washer and dryer are also on the hallway with cabinet space above where you can find the detergent and cleaning supplies.

The first bedroom has a queen size bed, alternative pillows, 100% cotton bedding. Bed side table lamps are available along with night stands and floating shelves for your stuff. There are also a USB/C type outlets available for your use along with a charging cable for iPhone, android and C type.

The Master bedroom has a queen size bed, alternative pillows, 100% cotton bedding, walk in closet, private bathroom with great water pressure. The room is completed with a white desk for WFH or schoolwork along with a gold round mirror. The desk can be used to work or also as a vanity to get ready. There’s also USB and C-type outlet behind the nightstand with a drawer organizer. Blackout curtains are installed in all the bedrooms for a great sleep regardless of the time of day.

The third bedroom has a queen size bed, alternative pillows, 100% cotton bedding floating shelf and night stand with a drawer. Across the bed you will find a ledger with a gold mirror and gold hooks for you to place your purses, coats, hats, etc

Each bedroom has their own closet with hangers. AC and heating is controlled by one central thermostat found in the hallway between the bedrooms meaning the same temperature will be shared between the entire house. Ceiling fans are fully functional for all bedrooms.

There are security cameras on the exterior of the home. Facing the front driveway and back alley.

** NOTE: This unit is located on the 1st floor of the building, there is another airbnb upstairs, you might hear light noise **

Please note our building is a multiplex neighborhood. You'll sometimes hear loud music from the apartments next door and around the area. Acute noise levels can be present at times.
