It was okay. I have stayed here a couple of times before and have never had an issue until this stay. I booked the room for 2 nights and had requested housekeeping. I was told by the front desk lady that they cannot do housekeeping because it’s only done after 3 nights and that’s there’s policy. I mentioned to her that saw there policy in my room details and it shows that we can request it if we want more frequent service. All she told me was that she was going to jot it down and it is not guaranteed because it is not their policy. I was in a rush to leave so I didn’t want to argue with her and I did not request to speak to Management. However ,I did ask if we can at least have some fresh towels and toilet paper. When I returned, obviously they did not clean my room and there were no towels nor toilet paper. I had to ask the housekeeper lady that was cleaning the room next to us for some. She was nice enough to give to provide us with it. Also, another thing I noticed for the two nights that I stayed every day I had a do not disturb sign on my door that I never hung there. So I don’t know if that’s the way that they let the housekeeper know not to clean those rooms. I never put that on my door.
