"We loved it here! Such a welcoming and helpful staff. The villas were always clean and tidy, and very well kept. The food was amazing, and we had a great and relaxing time. Since there was somewhat of a distance to town, the staff always helped us to call tricycles or vans, so we could go wherever."

"We stayed here for three nights, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. There was a lot of mold in the room, and the air conditioning was turned off for several hours in the middle of the night, causing us to wake up hot and sweaty. We slept extremely poorly every night. The staff kept forgetting about us — this happened repeatedly when we ordered food (for every meal, even though we ate all our meals there), requested transportation, and asked for cleaning. Overall, the place felt damp and neglected, and the service was consistently poor. I do not recommend staying here. Can not understand the high rating it has gotten here."

"A beautiful location on El Nido Beach. I couldn’t believe how good the view was from my hotel room! Amazing beach, sea and charming boats. Good vibes, and very friendly hotel staff. It’s also very quiet, and short walking distance to any place in town. I give my best recommendations to this hotel! Also, try Tour A if you have the time. Amazing experience!"

"Super friendly staff. Gorgeous view. It’s a bit run down, but for the price it’s really good. A little far from the Main Street, but they offer free rides in and out which add everything very accessible and easy. Would definitely recommend "

"Like most hotelstaff in the PH, their initial default thought is to follow instructions from the management to you the letter. The staff of this hotel is very friendly and helpful. I stayed more than a week. The staff started to think outside the box and helped with many tricky things like finding a medical doctor when all clincs were closed. "The service at the hotel is great, very friendly staff. Food is mediocre for a European. The main issue is that the hotel is very moldy, especially on the side facing the tropical forest. This is a problem in these islands are very humid. Our room was covered in mold, the AC, walls, the bathroom, towels etc. We got to change room to the other side, which was much better! They should not rent out the rooms facing the forest. "
