«The apartment is in a lovely complex, however, the pool not available throughout our stay as it was being refurbished with the sound of drilling throughout the day time. We had not been made aware of this and would not have booked the apartment had we known. The owner was not in anyway accomodating towards making good by way of some compensation. «We really enjoyed our stay in Betancuria. The house was really clean and thoughtful equipped and beautifully designed. For us as a family it was ideal but as already mentioned the doors of the rooms don’t close properly.
