«We stayed in one of their chalets. The breakfast was provided every morning so you could eat in the room and not rush to a buffet. The front desk staff was incredible, super helpful and would advice on hikes and weather condition. I also made use of their laundry service which was great and cheap for the amount of clothes I dropped off! The restaurants in the area are good and the hotel is super close to all major hike routes. Would go again and can‘t recommend enough! ✨»

The rooms are clean, comfortable and bright, the location is excellent, but more importantly, there are not enough superlatives to describe the staff. Mariano, Candela, and the excursion planner Ignacio did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. There are not enough superlatives to describe the attentiveness and personalization of service that they offered. Could not recommend this place more highly.»

It’s a very tourist/trekker friendly town, so prices are higher and this hostel followed suit. For a short stay, it was lovely but pricey.»

«Had a wonderful stay! The staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful—they even accommodated changes to my booking despite it being non-refundable, which I really appreciated. The room was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was good, with plenty of options, and the coffee was excellent (very strong—just how I like it!). The only minor issue was that the bathtub drained quite slowly, but it wasn’t a big deal for me. Overall, great value and service—I’d definitely stay here again!»
