«You don't stay in Arenal for the area around the B&Bs. You go to Arenal because it's funky and quiet and friendly . We return to Casa Donna Rosa for the welcoming owners and most of all for the fantastic breakfast preparations. I have only been gone one day and I miss their breakfasts already. Home baked Challah in think hunks with baked crisp finish the their french toast...yumm even before you try adding the smear of preserves. Great Costa Rican coffee is served with pots of wam milk. »

«I can't say enough for what a great time we had at Kakao Lodge. I was skeptical at first since I usually like staying in my chain hotels that provide all the normal American comforts. But after staying here, my mind has totally changed. You can't describe how awesome it is to be able to see a half dozen different species of exotic frogs at night, or a sloth while eating breakfast, or tropic birds singing to you in the morning. And don't forget about breakfast. Everyday, we had homemade to order ...

«We had a great time at the property. It is a family owned property, very well maintained and managed. The whole family very amicable and friendly. Uncle gave us a free night tour in his garden which was really sweet and informative. Loved the breakfast aunty prepared. Only drawback is the road to property is broken however nothing can match to the great hospitality! Me and wife had a great experience and would recommend everyone to opt for stay at Jardin if you want have an experience of homely ...

«Eine wirklich sehr schöne Unterkunft, mit tollem Ausblick. Die Betten waren bequem und es gab eine kleine Küche. Das Frühstück war das Beste auf unserer bisherigen Rundreise. Der Besitzer bringt jeden Abend einen Mix aus verschieden Essen. Sehr abwechslungsreich und richtig lecker. Bei uns gab es von traditionellen Frühstück bishin zu Sandwiches, overnight oats, Obst, Semmeln, Toastbrot, Marmelade, Joghurt, Milch… echt top.
