Step into a bright and welcoming open-plan space where comfort meets beautiful style. The living area features a restful sofa and wall-mounted TV, ideal for relaxing after a day out. A breakfast bar with two stools sits neatly alongside, providing a casual spot for meals or catching up on emails.

The tastefully furnished kitchen is fitted with stainless steel appliances, including an oven, microwave and electric hob, giving you everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes. The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed with bedside lighting, as well as a practical desk and chair – perfect for working or planning the day ahead. The minimalist bathroom, complete with a sleek shower enclosure, provides a refreshing start (or finish) to your day.

Guests will have access to the entire home!

I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day.

Magna House is located in Egham, a charming area known for its close proximity to Royal Holloway, University of London. The neighbourhood boasts a mix of historical charm and modern convenience, with local shops, cafes, and the beautiful Windsor Great Park just a short drive away. For those commuting to the city, London is just a 40-minute train journey, making it an ideal location for balancing a peaceful suburban lifestyle with easy access to the capital.

Egham Station is a mere 10-minute walk from Magna House and offers direct train services to London Waterloo in approximately 40 minutes. Local buses also connect to nearby towns, making exploration convenient.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
