«Beautiful property. Right by the water. Close to town. Our issue was that it wasn’t ready by the time we arrived, so we killed time and it still wasn’t ready when we came back. Miscommunication between staff. They did make up for it which we appreciated.»

«We were a group of seven friends that had booked the villa that Ifigenia owns. On the home page of hotels.com it says that the villa is in the center of the old town in Chania. When we arrived we discovered that the villa was located far away, up in the mountains. We spent 100 Euro on two taxis to go to the villa and back to town! We had to find new rooms for all seven in the old town. We have asked both Ifigenia and hotels.com for a refund. We have sent over proof of the taxi bills and the ...
