«We were a group of seven friends that had booked the villa that Ifigenia owns. On the home page of hotels.com it says that the villa is in the center of the old town in Chania. When we arrived we discovered that the villa was located far away, up in the mountains. We spent 100 Euro on two taxis to go to the villa and back to town! We had to find new rooms for all seven in the old town. We have asked both Ifigenia and hotels.com for a refund. We have sent over proof of the taxi bills and the ...

«Stayed at this beautiful hotel for 4 days and would for sure come back again! The room was very clean and nice, with a balcony overlooking the harbour and sea! The bed was very comfortable, plenty of soft towels every day, water in the fridge and the most amazing breakfast! New breakfast every day, loved it! We also got good tips on both hiking in the area and places to eat and drink. Super nice staff and great location! Will stay here if we come to Ermioni again!»
