«This property was beautiful and was well-kept. Our room was very clean and housekeeping came every day that we were there. The staff were helpful. Our only complaint is that the hot tub was not ready the day that we arrived and so we were unable to use it our first night. Highly recommended this property.»

«We were a group of seven friends that had booked the villa that Ifigenia owns. On the home page of hotels.com it says that the villa is in the center of the old town in Chania. When we arrived we discovered that the villa was located far away, up in the mountains. We spent 100 Euro on two taxis to go to the villa and back to town! We had to find new rooms for all seven in the old town. We have asked both Ifigenia and hotels.com for a refund. We have sent over proof of the taxi bills and the ...
