"The photos of the townhouse were accurate. It was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. It was conveniently located to everything you would need to do in Clinton. The owner was easy to reach and responded immediately to questions. The only improvements I would suggest would be to fix the leaking faucet in the bath tub and tighten the fixtures. I would recommend this property to friends and be willing to book again, if needed."

We have stayed in the Fondren area several times on the way to Rosemary Beach and have always enjoyed our stays. We would definitely choose to stay at this home again! The owner was super nice and helpful. Plus it’s in a great area. Love to eat at the Pig and Pint! Fun area to be in!"

Comfortable furniture, all the cookware needed, walking distance to restaurants, plenty of towels and bedding, paper products, and extra bathroom supplies in case you forget. Special touches of cold water in refrigerator, coffee, spices, and oil provided in cabinet. Host was quick to respond to messages and gave arrival info in plenty of time. "This property is truly a hidden gem. It was perfect for our family. We were in MS for a funeral. So for a sad occasion this property brought joy. The basketball court, in ground trampoline, pool and the flow of the home was exactly what we needed to be able to connect and relax after all the stress of the service. The Kennington Mansion is truly a hidden diamond. The decor is so amazing! The quality of products used through out the home shows a higher caliber of care. We felt truly pampered...
