It features quartz countertops, a spacious eating island, high gloss cabinetry, and appliances including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, 4-slice toaster, and kettle. Pots, pans, and essential cookware are also provided.
Bathrooms: The home includes 2.5 bathrooms, stocked with fresh towels and dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. You’ll also find extra convenience items such as Q-tips and facial cotton pads.
Laundry: The washer and dryer are located on the second floor, and detergent is provided for your convenience.
Parking: Guests staying in the main floor home have access to two dedicated parking spots on the driveway. Additional vehicles may be parked on the street for free. Please note that the garage is not included with this reservation.

This property requires a $500 security deposit hold (not an upfront charge) and a digital signature of our rental agreement. This hold will be scheduled at the time of your reservation and collected 2 days prior to check-in. It will be released 2 days after check-out, provided that no damage has been done to the property and all house rules have been followed.
✔ CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS
The unit is equipped with a Smart Lock that allows you to lock and unlock the door using a unique code assigned to you. This code will be valid for the entire duration of your stay. Detailed check-in instructions, including the Smart Lock code, will be sent to you 24 hours before your arrival.
✔ SECURITY DEVICES
We guarantee there are NO INDOOR recording devices in this unit. There are TWO OUTDOOR security cameras located at the property’s main door and backyard, used only to monitor outdoor activity. These devices record motion-activated events only, not 24/7. We use a noise monitoring device. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations and only monitors the overall noise level.
✔ CANCELLATION POLICY
VRBO and Expedia bookings are subject to a relaxed cancellation policy. Please note that payment processing fees are non-refundable regardless of when the reservation is cancelled:
Reservations cancelled 14 or more days before check-in are eligible for a refund of the amount paid, minus non-refundable payment processing fees. Reservations cancelled 7 to 14 days before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund of the amount paid, minus non-refundable payment processing fees. Reservations cancelled fewer than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.

This was a nice spacious home, great for our family holiday to Edmonton. Jocsan and Scharlly were very accommodating and had good communication. Our kids really enjoyed the theatre seating for movie night.
