The main floor is a separate rental with its own suite entrance, but you may notice other guests around the exterior or in shared yard, entryway and laundry room spaces. The other upstairs suite is rented as independently and you would not have access to that space - those guests also will not have access to your space. If you are interested in renting both spaces, or inquiring on the upper level suite - let us know and we are happy to send you then link.

All guests (staying or visiting) must be included in your booking. Unbooked guests, visitors, pets, or parties are not permitted.
While this property is generally not pet-friendly, if you are looking to stay longer-term (over 30 days) please inquire with us about the possibility of an exception.
