«Expectations were maybe higher than usual after reading so many positive reviews, and maybe the place is more suitable for the Asian market and families with small children. Check-in took forever. Dining options are limited, and it is not always easy to get a taxi to other areas. Finding a dead frog in the pool also made swimming less appealing. Many of the staff members seemed not particularly happy in their roles, which affected the overall impression. However, the cleaning staff were ...

«We had a very nice stay at Jeju Igloo Pension. Mr. Park and Mrs. Jung, our hosts, were very warm and hospitable. We had some great laughs. Mrs. Jung gave us a delicious breakfast one morning. Location was great too, away from the hustle and bustle of the city yet close enough to supermarket and other amenities as well as the beach and other attractions. Will definitely stay there again if we return to Jeju.»

«The facility and conditions are good. The location is also good to reach any place.»

«The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the gym was nice, although it was temporarily closed for maintenance. I had planned to hike Mt. Halla, but it was pouring rain all weekend across Jeju Island, so I ended up spending most of my time in the room. Still, I had a relaxing stay in a cozy room.»

«Fint og billig. Alt er digitalt 😃»

«We stayed only one night but the bed was comfortable, the room super big, same with washroom. Ac available as it was hot outside. Location is ok, quiet and close to Bus station if you're planning to visit the crater. We walked to the night market so overall all good. I would stay here again.»

«All of them Very good very well»

«Clean. Didn’t use the pool as was put all day but the rooms were very clean and well equipped. »

«Check-in was quick and easy, and the location was convenient. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. There was visible water damage in several areas, the chairs were heavily stained and appeared not to have been cleaned properly, and the room was quite dusty. The overall condition felt worn and poorly maintained compared to the photos online. I understand humidity can cause maintenance challenges, but the cleanliness and upkeep did not meet my expectations. Based on the condition of ...
