«Property is great. The weather was a bit smokey but that didn't stop the fish from biting. Fished all day and relaxed in the evening with a great view. Property is tight for a 18ft fishing boat. Plan on unhooking the boat and muscling it 180 degrees and rehooking to the truck.»
