The house is located in an attractive and peaceful holiday area, just approx. 250 metres from a lovely, child-friendly sandy beach. Here you can easily take a towel over your shoulder and walk down to the water for a swim, a stroll along the coast or a quiet moment by the sea.



The holiday home is 113 m² and sleeps up to 10 guests across 5 bedrooms. This makes it well suited for a large family, two families travelling together or several generations sharing a holiday under one roof. The two bathrooms provide extra comfort, and with both a spa and sauna, there is plenty of opportunity for wellness, warmth and relaxation after a day at the beach or an outing in the area.



The heart of the house is the bright living area, where the kitchen, dining area and lounge are combined in one open space. Here you can cook together, enjoy long meals, play board games or relax in front of the wood-burning stove. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, fridge and freezer, and the house also offers a washing machine, tumble dryer, Chromecast and wireless internet.



Outside, you will find a large natural plot of approx. 1,200 m² with plenty of space for play, relaxation and outdoor living. The new terrace from 2025 offers lovely opportunities to enjoy the sun, dine outside, barbecue or sit sheltered under the covered section. Garden furniture, a barbecue, sun loungers and parking on the plot are available.



The area around Øer Strand offers many opportunities for both peace and activities. Nearby you will find mini golf, tennis, a swimming pool, good fishing opportunities, shopping and restaurants. Ebeltoft is only a few kilometres away and is known for its charming streets, shops, cafés, the frigate Jylland and the Glass Museum. Mols Bjerge National Park is also within easy reach and offers some of Denmark’s most beautiful landscapes, walking trails, cycling routes and viewpoints.



The holiday home is insulated for year-round use and is suitable for holidays in all seasons. With spa, sauna, wood-burning stove, partial underfloor heating, electric heating and solar panels, the house offers a comfortable setting for summer holidays, autumn breaks, winter cosiness and long weekends.
